Overview

The Omni Full-Wave Satellite Antenna is a hemispherical omnidirectional, full-wave quadrafilar helix antenna ideal for optimal transmissions at high latitudes and in instances where the look angle exceeds 45º. The Omni Full-Wave Satellite Antenna is vertically mounted, removing the need for antenna pointing. This arrangement allows for coverage by multiple satellites, regardless of the position of the antenna. Combined with its helix shape and pattern, this orientation affords the Omni Full-Wave Satellite Antenna improved performance over half-wave antenna for low-orbiting satellite applications.
