Ott TRH weather sensors are specialized instruments designed for the acute measurement of air humidity and temperature in addition to the calculation of dew point, mixing ratio, and absolute humidity. A natural complement to the Ott Pluvio series of precipitation gauges, Ott TRH units support automatic weather stations with UV and weather-resistant housing, low power consumption, and high functionality in extreme temperatures.

Rated for operation in temperatures from –40 °C to +80 °C, OTT TRHs feature radiation and weather-resistant plastic housing with seven lamellae for ventilation, durability, and measurement stability. Interior and external coatings offer optimum protection against radiant heat, while a metal grid filter-outfitted cap prevents contaminants from entering the sensor system.
Compact and compatible, the small footprint of the OTT TRH allows for easy installation on horizontal pipes or vertical poles with a practical stainless steel bracket. Data transfer is made simple with a SDI-12 digital interface, which enables connection to data loggers, providing multiple communication paths to transmit humidity and temperature measurements.
